Working Paper 1/2018: Pakistan
Dear Madam or Sir,
relations between Pakistan and Afghanistan have always been characterised by mutual rivalry and hostility. Yet, in our latest Working Paper, Stefan Lukas discusses some developments that might open up new opportunities for stability and peace in the region. He argues that this had less to do with US involvement but more with growing Chinese influence in the region - especially when it comes to Pakistan's stance towards the Taliban.

Working Paper 18/2017: EU
