- take the Airport Express train (FEX) in the direction of Berlin Hauptbahnhof (central station), exit the train at Gesundbrunnen station
- from there, take the S2 train in the direction of Bernau, exit at Pankow station (S+U Pankow)
- then walk 15 minutes (see map)
- optional: take tram line M1 or 50 in the direction of Rosenthal Nord, exit at Pankow Kirche (Pankow church), then walk 800 m
- duration: around 60 minutes (including the walk)
By train - option B
- take the Airport Express train (FEX) in the direction of Berlin Hauptbahnhof (central station), exit at Ostkreuz station
- from there, take the S85 train in the direction of Pankow, exit at Pankow station (S+U Pankow)

- optional: mit Tramlinie M1 oder 50 Richtung Rosenthal Nord bis Pankow Kirche (800 m zu Fuß)

- walk on Hermann-Hesse-Straße in southwestern direction, turn left into Tschaikowskistraße
- follow that route until the end of this street, enter the palace park and after having arrived in front of the Schönhausen Palace turn right
- after the gate you will arrive at the premises of the Baks including our two main buildings (House Berlin and Bonn) to the left and right side of the Ossietzkystraße
